• No guarantees. Picks are opinions based on our scouting, models and research. They can lose, and they do.
• Past performance. Our record shows how our picks performed at the odds we posted, at flat 1-unit stakes. It doesn't predict future results. Your results will differ based on the odds available to you, when you bet, how much you bet, and variance.
• Not financial advice. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• Your responsibility. You must be 21 or older and follow the laws where you live. You're responsible for your own bets and losses.
• Comparisons. Scouting Board figures come from the publicly posted picks of each picks seller, analytics company and model we track, graded with our published rules over the stated period. They describe past performance only. To report an error, email [corrections email].
• Independence. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any picks seller, analytics company or model we track.
